At Stando, we design desks to lift your standards—and your day. But if things don’t go quite to plan, we’ve got your back.
If you’re not completely satisfied with the build quality or stability of your standing desk, you can return your full order within 100 days for a refund.
How it works
If you experience something sub par to what you'd expect for a premium standing desk, just let us know and we'll either work with you to ensure its resolved and you're left with a huge smile or we'll arrange to get it back to our warehouse and refund your purchase.
Original packaging is essential—it helps us process your return efficiently and keeps the product safe in transit.
Once your items are back at our warehouse and checked over, we’ll refund you for the product cost, minus return shipping.
Shipping and installation charges aren’t refundable.
Custom Desks
Our custom desks are built to spec and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
This includes:

Custom finishes or sizes not listed on our site

Desks purchased with any custom grommets or custom specification

Custom Timber Standing Desks.
That said, all custom desks are protected by our 10-Year Warranty. If your desk arrives damaged or develops a fault, our Warranty Policy covers you.

Your 100 days start on the day of delivery—day one included.

Let us know before 4pm on the 100th day if you’d like to initiate a return.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Paid via bank transfer? We'll ask for your account details and photo ID to process the refund.

This offer applies only to full orders that include standard desks in standard sizes and finishes.

Custom desks, chairs, monitor arms and accessories.

We can’t accept returns for desks that have been modified or drilled into.

You must retain and use the original packaging for returns—we can’t provide replacements or accept alternative packaging.
