100-Day Money Back Guarantee – Sit Stand Desks

We offer a 100-day money-back guarantee on all our standard sized sit stand desks. If you’re not satisfied with the build quality or stability of your desk, we would love to learn about it and if it cant be resolved we'll happily refund you once the order has been returned to our warehouse. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for anything related to faults or defects.

Custom sit stand desks are built for you and cannot be returned.


Product Compatibility

Our ecosystem of products is designed to work together, but not all items are universally compatible. If we see you have ordered something that may not be compatible, we will contact you prior to dispatch and hold the order from being dispatched until we've discussed this with you. If we miss something, and you're not happy just get in touch and we'll ensure its resolved. 


Accessories & Monitor Arms

You can return or exchange accessories and monitor arms within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in as-new condition.

Once returned and inspected, we’ll refund the purchase price minus return shipping.
Items that are damaged, incomplete, or not in their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Chairs

Due to the nature of assembly, chairs cannot be returned once used, as they cannot be disassembled without damage. Obviously if you are concerned about the quality of your chair we are happy to assist and ensure its resolved. We wouldn't sell it if we weren't happy to sit in it ourselves. 

If your chair is unused and still disassembled, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. You’ll receive a refund minus return shipping once the item is returned in original packaging and inspected. Used or poorly packaged items may not be eligible for a refund.


Standing Desks & Desk Frames

Our desk systems are designed for precision and longevity—so we ask that any returns or exchanges follow suit.

To return a Stando desk or frame kit, it must be:

  • In as-new condition

  • Unused

  • Returned with original packaging

We'll process your refund once the item is returned and inspected, minus return shipping costs.

Custom Desks

Custom-built desks are made just for you, and we’re unable to offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges on these items.

This includes:

  • Custom sizes or finishes not listed on our website

  • Desks purchased with cut outs or custom specifications

  • Our Timber standing desks

If your custom desk arrives damaged or develops a fault, rest assured—it’s still covered under our 10-Year Warranty. Head to our Warranty Policy for more details.
