Shipping Office Desks & Accessories Australia Wide

All orders for in-stock products will be shipped same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders made after 12pm will be shipped the next day. Back-ordered products will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days of the listed arrival date. In event of a delay, we will personally notify you as promptly as possible.

Once we ship our items to you a tracking number and information email will be sent to you.

You can authorise our carrier to 'leave without signature' if you wish, however we cannot be held liable for any stolen goods. Our courier will take a photo of the delivery for records.

If you're not able to accept delivery on a specific day please contact us once you place your order via sales@stando.com.au to organise a specific day for delivery.

Pickup is currently available for all Melbourne orders and some Brisbane orders depending on stock availability as we move into our new Brisbane warehouse. If you want to collect from Brisbane we encourage you to speak with us prior to placing your order.

Your desk will arrive in boxes and maybe a small crate for extra large and custom desk tops for safe handling.

Due to the size of our products, they are often considered 'awkward freight' by most carriers and we've worked closely with Direct Freight Express to bring a nation wide reliable service to our customers.

Our desk frames are packaged across multiple eco friendly cartons and desk tops are either packed into a box or packed onto a skid for safe delivery depending on its size and your location.
