New to the market in 2024, the Ultra is a product we had envisioned back in the earlier days however didn’t have the know-how to develop. Now, the Ultra brings us features that allow for a completely cable free setup, while requiring only 8x screws to put together, meaning its setup time has quartered as compared to the Pro thanks to a smart clip together frame that doesn’t compromise stability.
True 1Plug really comes into play with this product, a short cable running from your wall to the base of the leg means no power cable running from the floor to your desk. On the top, 8x power ports can be powered off the leg as part of the integrated cable management channel that comes standard with this product. This is genuinely a leading product for a cable free setup.

True 1Plug© eliminates all messy cables! Simply plug your desk into the wall using a IEC cable (the same supplied with most computers / computer screens) and you're off! Power runs from here, up the inside of the desk leg and to your included Cable Management Channel. This solution means no cables visible! The powered leg can easily be placed facing the wall, or facing the front of your desk depending on whether your powerpoint is located on the left or side of the desk in your office. Ultra Fast Assembly.
This lifting system sets new standard in the easy of assembly. The older models required up to 24x machine screws to assemble the frame to legs. The Ultra requires only 8x which are used to connect the feet to the legs securely. The rest of the frame simply clips together in seconds. PLEASE NOTE: All 'stocked' desktops supplied with this product will require an electric drill to assemble the frame to the desktop. Any custom built tops will come with pre drill holes and not require any tools for assembly. The no tools assembly will only be available on all desktops once we clear through current stock with the older style drill pattern. If you have any concerns we recommend you contact us and we can assist with the delivery and assembly of this product nation wide.
Powered Up Cable Management As Standard
Unlike all other desks, the Ultra Series comes standard with our Integrated Cable Management Channel along with 8x GPO Power Ports. This in addition with the True 1Plug© system ensures the only cable you will see is the one running from your wall to the base of the leg on this desk. All other cables simply run off the back of your desk and into the cable management channel, tightly held in place by the fold up design of the channel. Power runs from the base of the leg, through the leg and up to a GPO power port located next to the desk motor. From here a cable runs to the channel powering your 8x GPO Power Ports. The cable management channel is the simplest solution for all residential and varying commercial applications. It drops down allowing you to organise your cables and clips back up closing and hiding all cables within.

I need a custom size, can you help?
Yes, we are able to make desktops in custom sizes and shapes. You can choose from a wide range of melamine finishes or custom timbers. Please contact us for a quote. Note: We are unable to customise our Rubberwood or Bamboo desktops.

When will my desk arrive?
All orders for in-stock products will be shipped same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders made after 12pm will be shipped the next day. Back-ordered products will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days of the listed arrival date. In event of a delay, we will notify you as promptly as possible. Please refer to our Shipping page for information on specific time frames for your region.

How strong is a Stando desk?
We have a desk to suit everyone, our strongest frame can lift up to 300kg!

How long does it take to get from sitting to standing?
Average is around 10 seconds for a movement from seated (70cm for me) to standing (104cm). Our desks move at an astonishing 40mm per second (unloaded). Put 50-60kg on the desk and it will still move at 32mm per second. Load the desk right up to its capacity and you will slow the desk down to around 23mm per second.
